退款政策

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.

Please note that all the products we sell are made to order. We do not keep anything in stock. As soon as you order we get to work making your product and for that reason we do not offer any sort of " buyers remorse" type returns.

The only returns we will accept are, if the product is damaged or defective.
